"...helped me get over the overwhelming feeling of fatigue and the brain fog I always use to have..."
What Does "Activated" Mean And Why Is It So Important?
Activated simply means that the B vitamins are in their active form. Most vitamin B supplement products contain only the inactive forms. Inactive B vitamins require conversion by the liver so they can be absorbed and utilized. But because your liver can only convert them so fast, they are often quickly eliminated from your body before offering much benefit.
With Activated B w/SRT®, the work of conversion is already done for you. And your body gets the vitamins it needs in the form it can instantly use.*
"Active" vs. "Inactive" B Vitamins:
B Vitamin | Active Form | Inactive Form |
B1 | Thiamine Mononitrate and Thiamin diphosphate | Thiamin |
B2 | Riboflavin-5-phosphate and Flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) | Flavin mononucleotide (FMN) |
B3 | Niacinamide | None |
B5 | Pantothenic acid | None |
B6 | Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) | Pyridoxine hydrochloride |
B7 | Biotin | None |
B9 | Folate | Folic Acid |
B12 | Methylcobalamin | Cyanocobalamin |
Why Is Sustained Release Technology (SRT) Important?
B-vitamins are used by every cell in the body, every second of the day and night. Since they are water-soluble, your body cannot store them and must have a constant supply to keep body systems functioning properly.
Also, when massive amounts of B vitamins are immediately released into the body, unfriendly bacteria in the digestive system may use them as a food source. This is why some people may begin to feel poorly after regular consumption of common vitamin B supplements. The sustained release technology in our vitamin B supplement addresses this issue by providing a steady balanced stream of B vitamins rather than flooding the system all at once.*
Why is Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) important?
P5P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), the active form of Vitamin B6, performs over 30 critical enzymatic reactions in the body, including the manufacture of serotonin and dopamine in the brain. The inactive forms of B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxal, or pyridoxamine) have to be converted by the liver to the active form (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate or P5P) the body needs. Individuals with compromised liver function have difficulty making this conversion and consequently may be at risk of a vitamin B6 deficiency.
Since Vitamin B6 is already difficult to get and convert into its usable form, we give it to you already in its active P5P form. All the benefits are available immediately after absorption - no trouble converting or waiting.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Vitamin B-1 (as Benfotiamine), Riboflavin (as active riboflavin-5-phosphate), Vitamin B3 (as active niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (as active pyridoxal-5-phosphate Monohydrate), Folic acid (as Quatrefolic® active 5-MTHF), Vitamin B12 (as active methylcobalamin), D-Biotin, Vitamin B5 (as calcium D-pantothenate), Choline bitarate, Inositol, PABA.
Suggested Use: Take 1 tablet daily. Or use as directed by your healthcare professional. (If you have trouble sleeping, do not take late in the evening. If taking more than 1 tablet a day, it's usually suggested to space the doses out and take with food.)
Special Note: The presence of bright yellow urine after taking a vitamin B supplement is not a sign that they are all being flushed away. Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) causes urine to turn a fluorescent yellow color. The B's are still being absorbed, the color is simply a byproduct. If you have taken regular B vitamins before, you'll notice that with sustained release B's, the neon yellow color will usually be less intense initially, and yet noticeable for longer as it slowly releases at an optimal absorption rate of 6-8 hours.
