My husband and I both notice a difference when using Jigsaw MagSRT. When we run out (that doesn't happen often) we can tell we are missing it. This helps with joint pain, sleep, skin, you name it. Another interesting benefit is that my husband had a thinning place in the back of his head and when he started taking this after about two months, his hair grew back in. We got off for about a month and it started thinning. It has so many noticeable benefits, that I highly recommend this for everyone. We have used this supplement for years and don't plan on stopping.

As a retired nurse I would wake up with excruciating leg and foot cramping. I’m sure in part due to dehydration, but also my Magnesium levels. Ive taken magnesium on an off over the years to help with anxiety like issues. After having my second baby, my muscles were constantly twitching and my BP has been all over the place. I’ve also had stomach and skin issues for about 10 years. While I have been prescribed medication, I have noticed a huge difference taking this magnesium over the other OTC ones I’ve found in stores. The muscle twitches calmed and my stomach seemed better. The jury is still out on the skin issues. I was also less tired during the day. I’ve been without if for about 2 weeks, tried another one I found in store that had similar ingredients...and it’s just not the same. Muscles are twitchy again, stomach is out of sorts, and I’m just sore and tired. I just ordered the MagSRT with B in it and hope for even better results. I use Magnesium because I have leg cramps during the night. MagSRT is the only product I have found that alleviates the problem, at least 80 to 90 percent of the time for an extended period of time. When it doesn't I have the Ancient Minerals magnesium lotion Jigsaw sells. I don't know how that works, but when I am in the grip of painful leg cramps in the middle of the night I use it on the cramps and it works.

We have been buying this product from your company for several years. Both my wife and I take it on a regular schedule. We order it when we need a new supply. The thing I like about your company is we are not constantly bombarded with all kinds and forms of advertising. We are elderly folks in our mid 80’s and this seems to be a beneficial product for us.

I've been using MagSRT and Electrolyte Supreme for years. Started playing pickleball two years ago and find the electrolyte mix keeps me hydrated especially during the Arizona desert heat. I am so amazed how the Jigsaw product, Magnesium SRT worked for me, literally overnight. Several years ago, I was plagued with terrible head tension and my husband said he had read about this product and suggested that I try it. I am on my second bottle of this product. I purchased this product primarily to increase my energy and mental alertness while maintaining an adequate level of B12. I purchased this product because I was only interested in obtaining a balanced blend of the activated forms of the B vitamins with time release. I take only 1 tablet a day, either in the AM after breakfast, or the PM after lunch. I decide what time based on how I feel or anticipate the day. I have noticed that I have more energy when I take the vitamins than when I do not, and that energy level stays with me for at least 6 hours. My increase in energy level is not dramatic and I was not expecting it to be. But there is a noticeable difference in both my energy level and mental alertness. This will be a staple supplement for me and I highly recommend it not only for its energy and mental alertness effects, but the assurance that you are getting an adequate amount of a balanced blend of the activated forms of the B vitamins, especially the B12. I’ve been taking the Activated-B w/SRT for several months now and I feel the difference when I take them. I have more energy and feel more alert. Glad I found them!

I frequently have patients bring in the supplements they have acquired over the years to perform an audit of their daily regimen. I have been taking the Alaskan Cod Liver Oil for well over a year now. I ran out for a bit and was also sporadic about taking it and I noticed I was losing more hair. Since getting back on it consistently, I have noticed a marked decrease in hair loss and my nails are healthier also. I think it helps me mentally also. Also, I rarely have burps with Jigsaw Cod Liver Oil, which is not a pleasant experience. Another reason why I love my Jigsaw brand Cold Liver Oil capsules.

I've been low in Vitamin D and Omega 3's for a while and I tried several other fish oil pills. Since I've been taking this I've experienced a noticeable increase in energy every day! I'm so thankful!

I have been megadosing the cod liver oil and my brain has not felt this good in a very long time!

Another winner for Jigsaw, these rather large gel caps are easy for me to swallow. Compared to other top quality cod liver oils it’s affordable. Unless I take three all at one time no Fish burps. Knowing Jigsaw’s rigorous testing gives me confidence that I’m actually getting what I’m paying for.

I was on another fish oil and I decided to try Jigsaw Health fish oil because I have been on many of their supplements for many years with a lot of success. Thank you for this product, Jigsaw! The softgels are pretty easy to swallow, though they’re big. No aftertaste, no burps (I take 3 softgels on an empty stomach). Haven’t finished my 1st bottle yet, but it seems this CLO is helping with my pollen allergy.

I’ve been using Turmeric for over a year now and was pleasantly surprised to find Jigsaw’s Curcumin (Turmeric) formula in a capsule. I have had great improvement since switching to Jigsaw Curcumin and Magnesium w/SRT.

My doc suggested I try turmeric/curcumin in response to increased discomfort especially in my hands and feet. I have been using curcumin for almost a year. I started using curcumin because I was told that it was good for its health benefits. I am still using it because I am sure that it is good! In the past, I noticed that I had constant inflammation in my shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle on left only. Recently, I was out of curcumin and noticed that all my usual achy joints. When I resumed taking my curcumin supplement, I felt much better! I love JH curcumin!

My husband and I play lots of tennis and experienced a lot of joint aches. For at least a couple of years now we have turned to 1-2 curcumin pills per day, increased our tennis, and our joints feel great. It’s really amazing to find such an effective natural joint support product.

We’ve just started taking this Vitamin C but we also know the importance of taking C. Routine OTC vitamin C is not the way to go. We have taken vitamin C powder but as anyone who has ever done it knows even mixed with orange juice this stuff is super sour. I have mild TMJ and anything really sour produces pain for days. So when Jigsaw came out with these capsules and I read all the details about it, I knew this was the way to go.
