Why is OptiMSM® included?
OptiMSM® is an odorless form of organic sulfur. It’s the purest form of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) available and uses a proprietary, multi-stage, distillation process. MSM is a proven bioavailable source of sulfur and is important for supporting connective tissue, skin health, detoxification, immunity, and healthy metabolism.*

Each pump of lotion contains 20mg of Magnesium and 25mg of Organic Sulfur (as OptiMSM®), and there are 150 pumps per bottle, 1ml per pump.
Can I use Jigsaw MagRelief in conjunction with other Magnesium Supplements?
Yes! In fact, it’s highly recommended because the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for Magnesium is 420mg per day, so you would have to use a minimum of 21 full pumps of MagRelief to reach the RDI. We recommend using MagRelief for targeted areas of your body alongside your daily regime of Jigsaw MagSRT® and Jigsaw MagSoothe™.
